We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at return@nurrify.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or unsealed supplement products.
We also cannot accept returns on sale items, promotional items, gift cards, or products marked as final sale.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the eligible item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
